Once known for her beauty, her struggles with weight gain became tabloid fodder and overshadowed her acting career. During her back-and-forth battle, she lost 75 pounds with the help of Jenny Craig and starred in a show, Kirstie Alley’s Big Life (2010), which documented her mission to lose weight. Once nearly 230 pounds, Alley looks as healthy and fit as ever today.

The result? A dramatic 100-pound loss that has him looking and feeling great.

His diet revolved around sushi, and he worked with a trainer to complement his new commitment to health.
