CA restaurant owner defiant after woke backlash to daily national anthem: 'We won't be stopping'

Yo, so I just read this article about a restaurant owner in California who’s getting major heat for playing the national anthem every day. Apparently, some woke folks got upset and have been giving him a hard time. But get this: he’s not backing down! According to the article, the owner of the Red Leprechaun pub in Long Beach is standing his ground and says they “won’t be stopping” the daily anthem tradition.

I dunno about you, but I think it’s pretty awesome that this guy is sticking to his guns. It’s his right to play the national anthem if he wants to, and I don’t see why people should get offended. When I worked at a summer camp, we used to play the anthem every morning and no one ever had a problem with it. If anything, it reminded us of the values and freedoms that make this country great.

But I guess not everyone sees it that way. Apparently, some of the woke brigade are saying the anthem is “racist” and “triggering.” Give me a break. I understand that some people have had bad experiences with authority figures or the government, but that doesn’t mean we should throw the baby out with the bathwater. The national anthem is a symbol of American unity and pride, and it’s not fair to label it as something negative.

Anyway, I’m glad this restaurant owner isn’t backing down to the woke brigade. It’s important to stand up for what you believe in, especially when it comes to traditions that have been around for generations. Kudos to him for holding his ground!
